We are confident in our ability to deliver quality because we have a business model that maintains quality at each critical step. Our U.S. based quality assurance department works closely with our team in China to ensure that quality is maintained throughout the entire process.

 

All of our projects commence with a QA interview with the customer to understand design nuances, manufacturing preferences, material specifications and key tolerances.

 

 

 

Our process includes:

  1. Pre-Tooling Survey Interview;

  2. Off Tool Samples and Quality Corrections and Adjustments;

  3. Factory/Production QA Measures;

  4. Pre-Shipment Quality Inspection in China;

  5. U.S. Based QA (PPAP) – First article samples are sent to our facility in Cleveland and tested for quality in our QS-9000 QC Department;

  6. 100 percent quality inspection is available if required. This is easily and cheaply built into our manufacturing program for you.
